The Saheeh Sdn Bhd is an independent service provider for the purpose of the Aqiqah service and is not an agent or an affiliate or representative of Al Khaadem Foundation.
Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through the official booking form provided by The Saheeh Sdn Bhd.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your Aqiqah.
Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where The Saheeh Sdn Bhd is unable to fulfill the service.
Scheduling
Customers are encouraged to select the 7th day after the child’s birth for the Aqiqah.
For example, if a child is born on a Monday (6th Oct 2025), the recommended date for the ʿAqīqah would be the following Sunday (12th Oct 2025).
If the chosen date is unavailable due to capacity or operational reasons, The Saheeh Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reschedule in consultation with the customer.
Animal Selection
The animals used for Aqiqah will comply with Islamic requirements (healthy, of age, and free from defects).
Specific breed, size, or weight requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Slaughtering & Distribution
Slaughtering will be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with Shariah guidelines.
Customers may choose whether the meat is distributed to the needy by Al Khaadem Foundation or collected for self-distribution.
If distribution is handled by The Saheeh Sdn Bhd, the selection of recipients will be at the foundation’s discretion.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date are not eligible for refunds.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness of the animal), The Saheeh Sdn Bhd will either reschedule or provide a replacement.
Liability
The Saheeh Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, transportation issues, regulatory restrictions).
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of details provided in the booking form.
Documentation
Customers may request photos/videos of the slaughter process, subject to availability.
Certificates of Aqiqah will be issued upon completion if included in the package.
Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of managing the Aqiqah service and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
Agreement
By submitting the Aqiqah booking form and making payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
